The sisal fibers are just rough enough to slough off dry patches without irritation, and my lotion actually sinks in now instead of sitting on top. I use it twice a week and my skin feels noticeably smoother.

The grip is solid and comfortable even when wet, which makes scrubbing in the shower much easier. After just a few uses, my elbows and knees feel noticeably smoother when I apply lotion.
