Ritual Magnesium+

Waking up without that groggy feeling after taking it the night before has been a game changer. The magnesium bisglycinate form doesn't upset my stomach like other supplements I've tried, and I fall asleep noticeably faster.

I've noticed a real improvement in how quickly I fall asleep since starting these, and my muscles feel less tense after workouts. The bisglycinate form is easy on my stomach, which was a pleasant surprise.

The tart cherry and magnesium bisglycinate combo helps me drift off without that heavy, groggy feeling. My stomach handles it perfectly fine, which is rare for magnesium supplements.
